ABS is an ideal combination of high-quality and attractively priced ABS filament. It stands out for its high hardness, impact resistance and a wide range of uses. It is one of the most commonly used materials for 3D printing, from which durable parts are made that should withstand even higher temperatures (up to 90 °C).
Parts printed by a 3D printer from ABS tend to be more flexible and less "fragile" than parts from PLA. ABS printed parts can be treated with acetone vapors to remove the visibility of the layers and give a glossy and smooth appearance.
Filaments can be used for most 3D printers with FDM technology. ABS is an excellent material for functional prototyping and the production of complex end-use parts.
