TPU | 30~35℃ | Yes | Either |
PVA | 35~45℃ | Yes | Either |
Advantages
It works best with low glass transition temperature fibers because they can be used at a low temperature for heated beds
Works well with automatic calibration for flow and does not interfere with LIDAR
Smooth texture on the print surface
Excellent adhesion and easy print removal
It can be replaced by the user
Disadvantages
It cannot be used without a glue stick, because the surface can be easily damaged if the glue stick is not used
Not recommended for high temperature materials as bubbles may form under the print surface and cause damage
It may be more fragile compared to Engineering Plate or Textured PEI plate
