Quick change nozzle design

The special design of the hotend heating assembly enables easy separation of the thermal and electronic components of the hotend. In addition, the magnetic block installed on the hotend cooler enables quick and precise fixation of the hotend in its exact mounting position. This feature increases the convenience of quick replacement and allows for easy removal and installation of the hotend.

*Before replacing, make sure the hotend has cooled down and do not touch the heating block (bottom of the hotend) to avoid the risk of burns.

  1. Filaments with carbon fibers, glass fibers, metals or other inorganic particles are prone to clogging the 0.2 mm nozzle .
  2. For filaments containing carbon or glass fibers, the use of a 0.6 mm hardened steel nozzle is strongly recommended to minimize the risk of clogging and abrasion.
  3. Bambu PLA-CF and Bambu PETG-CF have been thoroughly tested and proven to have a low risk of clogging when printing with a 0.4mm hardened steel nozzle while achieving higher print quality.
